The 3rd version of the Taiwan Biennial Film Festival opened to a sold-out crowd on Nov 3rd in Hollywood. Reception at JAPAN HOUSE Los Angeles brought the Taiwanese creative community together with its American counterparts. Taiwanese delicacies were served.
